The 5S system mainly stands for sort, set in order, shine, standardise and sustain. This process needs to be followed as listed so that the product you are making turns out as expected. It dealt with removing items from space and placing them into heaps of compartments depending on how often they are used. Once you have known the things that will be used more and those that won’t, you have to separate them, where the used ones are put in another secure room while the ones not needed are stored somewhere else. This tool focuses on using cards to represent each material being used for production. The main thing to do is to make sure you write down the process you want to be followed in production and then stick with It until the process is complete. The goods are usually displaced when the card gets moved. 

  1. Gemba 

Gemba is a Japanese word used to refer to physical or digital. The primary use of this tool is that employers are urged to go to the fields and know what is happening on the ground. This will ensure you are on point when it comes to everything your employees are in front of so that the product is perfectly made. You also have a chance to communicate with employees and know what they require.
